SQRS is an online marketplace that connects DJs, venues, equipment providers, and clients seeking entertainment services. The platform enables users to discover professionals, request bookings, communicate, process payments, and manage events.
SQRS acts solely as a technology platform facilitating transactions between users and is not a party to agreements made between users unless explicitly stated.
## 3. Eligibility
To use SQRS, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain only one account unless authorized by SQRS.
- Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
## 4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SQRS facilitates bookings between users but is not responsible for the performance of either party.
Payments processed through SQRS may include:

Some transactions may use escrow services, where funds are held until the booking is completed or the dispute period has expired.
By using SQRS, you authorize the platform to process payments and distribute funds according to its payment policies.
## 7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are displayed before each booking is confirmed.
Refund eligibility depends on:
- The selected cancellation policy.
- The timing of cancellation.

Where escrow services are used, disputes must be submitted within the designated dispute period.
SQRS reserves the right to review disputes and make reasonable determinations based on available evidence.

Users may submit reviews after completed bookings.
Reviews must:
- Reflect genuine experiences.
- Be respectful.
- Not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
SQRS may remove reviews that violate these standards.
## 9. Intellectual Property
All software, logos, trademarks, designs, content, graphics, and technology associated with SQRS are owned by or licensed to SQRS.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant SQRS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

SQRS's total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you to SQRS during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SQRS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that:

- Engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Termination does not eliminate any outstanding payment obligations or legal responsibilities.

Continued use of SQRS after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
